​At Sushi Doja, we take pride in creating the freshest sushi possible. Founder Robin Tabana started by catering events in 2021, perfecting the art of creating sushi live at parties. We use only the freshest fish sourced locally and hand-pick our ingredients to ensure the highest quality.By creating sushi live right in front of our customers, we give them the opportunity to see us at work and taste the difference in freshness.
